Harlan ARH Hospital is offering a series of
Prepared Childbirth Classes on Monday evenings during the month of February.
The classes will be held February 7, 14, 21 and 28 from 7 PM to 9 PM in the
hospital's Blue Conference Room and are designed to help prepare expectant
mothers and their labor partners for the childbirth experience. Participants
need to bring a blanket, sleeping bag or exercise mat, and three pillows for
the floor exercises. For more information, contact class instructors Shirley
Browning, RNC, or Gail Pace, RN, BSN, at 573-8100, extension 3600.
